Metering for water, heating and cooling
Two meter families, developed and manufactured in Switzerland. Both measure ultrasonically, store their values in the meter and use the protocols common in building services.
Helvatron H2O · ultrasonic water meter
Cold and hot water up to 90 °C (on request), MID class 2, module D (METAS-Cert), WRAS, IP68. No straight inlet or outlet sections needed up to DN40, horizontal or vertical in a rising pipe.
Helvatron DELTA III · ultrasonic heat and cooling meter
MID with PTB type examination and module D by METAS-Cert, EN 1434. Separate registers for heating and cooling. Battery, temperature sensors and communication card are replaceable on site.

H2O or DELTA III: what does each meter measure?
The H2O measures water volume. The DELTA III also measures two temperatures and uses them to calculate energy. To bill heating or cooling, you need a heat meter, even though the medium is water.
